Hosted PBX Phone Systems

Affordable for small to medium sized businesses across FNQ

What is Hosted PBX?

Hosted PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is a cloud-based phone system that uses VoIP. It can often be referred to as Cloud PBX or Virtual PBX.

What is VoIP?

VoIP or Voice over Internet Protocol is a tech way of saying voice calls made over an internet connection rather than a traditional phone line. It’s the technology that your hosted PBX phone system is powered by and all phone lines now use VoIP.

Benefits of a Hosted PBX Phone System

Lower Costs & Straightforward Billing

No more baffling bills with confusing descriptions and hidden extras.

Your hosted PBX bill will be easy to read with clear costings that are up to 50% cheaper than the big telco suppliers.

Work from anywhere

With a Hosted PBX phone system, you can easily support remote employees. With the use of an app, you can forward calls to any phone number or device immediately.

On-Demand Customisation

Hosted PBX phone systems are easily customisable. Rerouting calls, setting up conference lines, voicemails, call recording, call backs can all be turned on or off with a quick and easy setting change – no need to sit on hold to a call centre!

Fast & Easy to Install

No more waiting on the Telstra guy to show up (or not), with hosted PBX, you just plug in your handsets and start making or receiving calls!

Reliability

As it doesn’t rely on wiring and phone lines, a hosted PBX phone system tends to have far less downtime than a physical landine.

Scalability

Is your business seasonal or growing steadily? Up or downsize your system quickly and easily and only pay for what you need.
